5th payment - 10% Upon the Delivery date of the building and the Conveyance of land Title.
PAYMENT CONDITIONS
1. All late payment is subject to penalty at the rate at 2% per month.
2. Default in payment is Subject to Forfeit of all previous payment except as agreed to otherwise.
3. The buyer shall enter into the agreement within 15 days from the expression of interest.
